Processing Time All orders are processed within 3–5 business days after payment confirmation. Custom-finish or made-to-order wheels may require additional lead time of 7–14 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Shipping Regions We ship worldwide, including North America, Europe, and Asia-Pacific. Some remote regions may have limited carrier availability; we will contact you if your destination is affected.
Shipping Methods & Estimated Transit Times
• Domestic (China): 3–7 business days
• North America (USA, Canada): 7–15 business days
• Europe: 10–18 business days
• Rest of World: 14–25 business days

Customs, Duties & Import Taxes Rueizu Wheels International ships on a DAP (Delivered At Place)basis unless otherwise stated. The recipient is responsible for all import duties, customs fees, and local taxes imposed by the destination country. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs authorities.
For orders where DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) terms apply, all applicable duties and taxes will be collected at checkout and clearly displayed before payment.
HS Codes & Country of Origin All products are manufactured in China and shipped with accurate HS codes and country-of-origin documentation to facilitate smooth customs clearance.
Order Tracking Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your shipment through our carrier's website or via your account on rueizu.com.
