Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your access and use of the website https://www.rueizu.com operated by Ganzhou Rueizu Lightweight Technology Co., Ltd. By accessing, browsing, placing orders or using our website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, together with our Legal Notice, Return & Refund Policy, Shipping Policy and Privacy Policy. All these documents are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to any part of these terms, please do not use our website or place any orders.

2. Product & Order Information

2.1 We sell forged aluminum wheels, including in-stock wheels and custom-made wheels. Custom-made wheels are manufactured strictly in accordance with specifications confirmed by the customer (size, PCD, ET, center bore, color, surface finish, vehicle fitment and other personalized parameters).

2.2 Before placing an order, the buyer must confirm with the seller the vehicle fitment range, intended use scenario, and destination country of the products. The buyer is fully responsible for the accuracy of all wheel specifications and vehicle fitment data submitted. We strongly recommend professional installation by qualified technicians. Damage caused by incorrect selection, improper installation, wrong bolts/nuts or incorrect torque shall not be regarded as product quality defects.

2.3 Unless otherwise specified in writing, all products are designed in accordance with TÜV standards. Non-specified products are subject to VIA/JWL acceptance standards by default. If a German TÜV product certificate is required, the buyer must communicate with us in advance regarding lead time and additional certification fees before placing the order.

2.4 All orders are subject to our order confirmation. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders under reasonable circumstances, including without limitation incorrect pricing information, out-of-stock status, suspected fraud or violation of applicable laws.

2.5 For custom-made orders where design drawings have been processed, if the buyer cancels the order, the seller reserves the right to charge a custom design fee of not less than USD 150.

3. Payment, Prices & Taxes

3.1 All prices displayed on the website do not include international duties, import VAT, customs clearance fees or local taxes of destination countries, unless otherwise explicitly stated. Import duties and local taxes shall be borne by the customer.

3.2 Payment shall be completed in full before production or shipment. We accept payment methods supported by our Shopify store. If payment fails or is disputed, we reserve the right to suspend production, hold shipment or cancel your order.

3.3 We are not responsible for any bank, payment-processor or currency-conversion fees incurred by customers.

4. Shipping & Delivery

4.1 Shipping time, processing time and delivery risks are governed by our separate Shipping Policy. Delivery dates are estimated only and not guaranteed. Delays may arise from manufacturing, logistics, customs clearance or force-majeure events. We shall not be liable for losses caused by delivery delays to the extent permitted by applicable law.

4.2 Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon hand-over to the international carrier. Visible shipping-damage claims shall be notified within 48 hours upon receipt of goods with packaging materials retained, as described in our Return & Refund Policy.

5. Returns, Refunds & RMA Authorization

5.1 All return, exchange and refund requests are fully governed by our standalone Return & Refund Policy (Version 5, Effective July 20, 2026).

5.2 RMA (Return Material Authorization) is mandatory. No goods may be sent back without prior written RMA approval issued by us. Unauthorized returned goods may be rejected; all risks and costs shall be borne by the customer.

5.3 For EU customers: Statutory 14-day withdrawal right applies only for eligible in-stock wheels.

5.4 In case of inconsistency between Chinese and English versions of our policies, the Chinese version prevails to the extent permitted by applicable law. Nothing in these terms shall override mandatory statutory consumer rights provided by local applicable law.

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 All content published on https://www.rueizu.com, including product photos, texts, logos, graphics, technical drawings and descriptions, is the intellectual property of Rueizu Wheels International.

6.2 You may not copy, reproduce, redistribute, modify or commercially use any content from our website without our explicit written permission.

7. Warranty & Limitation of Liability

7.1 Our forged wheels are manufactured in compliance with ISO 9001 standards. Product-related warranty is subject to our Return & Refund Policy.

7.2 We shall NOT be liable for indirect, consequential, incidental or special damages including loss of profit, vehicle repair costs, travel expenses or downtime losses arising out of or related to product use, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law. Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of your order shall not exceed the purchase price you paid for the relevant product.

7.3 The above-mentioned liability limitation shall not apply where prohibited by mandatory law, such as personal injury caused by our negligence or fraud.

8. Force Majeure

We shall not be held liable for any failure or delay of performance caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, sanctions, governmental restrictions, factory shutdown, logistics breakdown, shortage of raw materials. Upon occurrence of force majeure, we may extend delivery time or cancel unfulfilled orders with refund for undelivered goods.

9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

9.1 These Terms of Service, your use of the website and all sales-contract relations shall be governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Where mandatory local consumer-protection laws conflict with these terms, such local mandatory laws shall prevail.

9.2 Any dispute shall first be settled through friendly negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be submitted to the courts located in Dayu County, Ganzhou City, Jiangxi Province, P.R. China.

10. Modification of Terms

We reserve the right to update and revise these Terms of Service, Legal Notice, Return & Refund Policy, Shipping Policy and Privacy Policy at any time. Updated versions will be published on our website with a new effective date. Your continued use of our website after publication of revisions constitutes your acceptance of updated terms.
