Shipping Policy
Effective Date: July 20, 2026
This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed on www.rueizu.com operated by Ganzhou Rueizu Lightweight Technology Co.,Ltd. This policy shall be read together with our Terms of Service, Return & Refund Policy, Legal Notice and Privacy Policy.
1. Processing Time
In-stock wheels: Processing time is normally 3-7 business days after payment confirmation.
Custom-made wheels: Processing time varies according to custom specifications, normally 25-45 business days after customer confirms technical drawings and full payment is received.
Business days exclude weekends and Chinese public holidays. We will notify you in case of production delays. Production lead-times are estimated and not guaranteed.
2. Shipping & Delivery
We ship internationally to most countries and regions. Not all destinations are supported; we reserve the right to cancel orders to unsupported regions.
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on destination, weight and volume of wheel sets.
Delivery time is estimated transit time after goods leave our factory, not including customs clearance time. Customs clearance delays are beyond our control.
Title and risk of loss for products transfer to you once goods are handed over to the international shipping carrier.
3. Duties, Taxes & Customs
All import duties, import VAT, customs clearance fees, brokerage fees and other local destination-country taxes are borne solely by the customer.
We cannot pre-pay or calculate destination-country customs taxes for you. Please check local customs rules before placing your order.
In the event of customs detention, return or confiscation caused by customer-related reasons, all costs and losses shall be borne by the customer. We will not issue refunds for goods seized by customs.
4. Shipping Damage
If you receive visibly damaged goods, please keep the original outer carton and packaging materials, and notify us within 48 hours upon delivery, providing photos / videos of package and damaged products. Details are specified in our Return & Refund Policy.
Failure to retain packaging or notify us within the recommended time may affect damage claim processing.
5. Order Modification & Address Changes
Address changes are only allowed before shipment. Once goods have been dispatched, address modification cannot be performed.
Any request to modify order details after production starts for custom wheels may incur extra costs or cannot be completed, subject to our Return & Refund Policy.
6. Undeliverable / Refused Parcels
If parcels are returned to us due to incorrect delivery address, customer refusal to pay duties, customer-caused delivery failure, the customer shall bear original outbound freight, return freight, customs fees and related handling costs. Corresponding fees will be deducted from any potential refund.
7. Force Majeure
We are not liable for shipping delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to logistics carrier breakdown, port congestion, customs policy adjustment, sanctions, natural disasters, pandemic-related restrictions.

本物流政策适用于赣州锐足轻量化科技有限公司运营的www.rueizu.com网站全部订单。本政策需要与《服务条款》《退换货退款政策》《法律声明》《隐私政策》一并阅读。
1. 订单处理周期
现货轮毂：付款确认后，处理周期通常3-7个工作日。
定制轮毂：根据定制参数不同，客户确认图纸且全款到账后生产周期一般25-45 个工作日。
工作日不含周末及中国法定节假日。发生生产延误我们会主动通知客户；生产周期仅为预估，不做绝对保证。
2. 发货与交付
我们向全球绝大多数国家和地区发货；部分目的地不支持发货，我方有权对该类订单做取消处理。
运费在结算页面根据目的国、轮毂套装重量体积自动计算。
交付时间为货物离厂后的预估运输时长，不含清关耗时；清关延误不在我方可控范围。
货物移交国际承运商后，产品所有权以及灭失风险转移至客户。
3. 关税、增值税与清关
目的国产生的全部进口关税、进口增值税、清关费、代理手续费及其他地方税费全部由客户自行承担。
我方无法代为预缴或核算目的国海关税费，请下单前自行查询当地海关法规。 因客户原因造成货物被海关扣留、退回、没收，全部费用与损失由客户承担；海关没收货物不予退款。
4. 运输破损
收到货物外包装有明显损坏，请保留原纸箱及全部包装材料，并在签收48小时内联系我们，提供包裹及受损产品照片、视频，具体处理规则参见《退换货退款政策》。
未保留包装、未按时反馈，会影响破损理赔处理。
5. 订单修改与地址变更
仅发货前可以修改收货地址；货物发出后，无法更改收货地址。
定制轮毂订单生产启动后，客户要求修改订单内容，可能产生额外费用或无法修改，以《退换货退款政策》为准。
6. 无法投递 / 客户拒收包裹
因收件地址错误、客户拒绝缴纳关税、客户原因导致投递失败，包裹退回我方的，原始发货运费、退回运费、海关相关费用及处理费均由客户承担，该部分费用会在退款中予以扣除。
7. 不可抗力
对于超出我方合理控制造成的物流延误，包括物流商故障、港口拥堵、海关政策变动、制裁、自然灾害、防疫管制等，我方不承担责任。
