The R109 begins as a solid billet of high-grade aluminum alloy — no seams, no welds, no weak points. Under thousands of tons of forging pressure, the grain structure of the metal aligns and densifies. What emerges is a wheel that is lighter than cast, stronger than flow-formed, and more dimensionally accurate than either.

Every R109 is then CNC-machined to your exact hub bore, offset, and PCD — not approximated, not adjusted with spacers. Designed and manufactured to German TÜV Standard safety and quality requirements. Available in 18" through 21", in any color you choose.
